I look forward to seeing at an upcoming Chad Wonder Magic Show. Since many shows (and all virtual shows) are recorded and occasionally used in my marketing, I would like to know your privacy choice. Please know that if I identify a child it’s always using fictitious names and unless a child is an on stage assistant, their appearance in media is generally brief and with other children in frame.
Covid-19. The show is set up to keep children 6′ away so please find an appropriate area. If you request below I will wear a face-shield or mask. Please read the various releases available below to the right and then fill out the form, select a Release and Permission radio button and it will appear, click the box and sign your name.

A. Covid-19 Release and Full Media Release: In consideration for no value received, receipt whereof is acknowledged; I and the institution listed above hereby give Richard C Darnell (aka Chad Wonder) and Chad Wonder Magic, Inc including marketing partners and any possible future iterations of Chad Wonder Magic, Inc, the irrevocable right and permission to publish and use, in perpetuity and throughout the world in any media known or not yet known, pictures or video of anyone on-premises. These image(s) may be used in whole or in part, composite or retouched in character or form, in conjunction with and only identified by a fictitious name and may not be featured exclusively in the media. for any purpose as it relates to Chad Wonder Magic, Inc or his business entities.
If the person photographed is under 18, I certify that I or the institution listed above has his or her parent or legal guardians permission to give consent without reservation to the foregoing on his or her behalf.
