Kids magic for scouts is always a fun and exciting event. As Nickelodeons Entertainer of the Year, you know your getting the best in magic Denver for your valuable pack or troop money. I only offer one premium kids magic show. I also realize that every scout pack and troop has unique budget restraints so I offer Denver’s only “name your own price*” pricing plan. So if your a big pack or troop, then pay full price, if your small, say only 20 kids, you may pay substantially less. I will not decline a reasonable** amount.
My Scouts Kids Magic Show Is about 60 minutes of stunning interactive childrens magic. Colorful silks appear from nowhere, a pretend rabbit runs and can’t be found, maybe an impossible escape from a straight jacket and the grand finale, where on scout is sawed in half with the “Saw of Danger.” All this and much more! Fun for the whole family with music, big magic props, huge stage backdrop and more. I keep the kids involved!

London Children’s Magician Christopher Howell
Christopher Howell’s children’s magician act is something special on the menu of children’s party entertainment options in London for children ages 4-7, available for booking in your home or party venue. Children’s magicians are often known for their rude jokes and encouraging children to go crazy as they bounce off the walls of your home; instead (perhaps by magic) this show keeps kids totally captivated and entertained by engaging their vibrant imaginations.

I’m master magician Chad Wonder and my stunning kids magic shows have made childrens magic birthdays fun and magical in the Denver area for over 25 years. I am also honored to be the resident magician at historic Heritage Square Kids Amusement Park in Golden Colorado where I perform during the summer season.
As a family and kids magician, I perform a number of different magic shows. Although I concentrate on kids birthday parties in and around the Denver metro area, I also perform for schools, daycare centers, scouting events and senior care facilities from Lakewood to Littleton and Aurora to Broomfield all across the metro area Parker, Centennial, Westminster, and Boulder
With thousands of kids magic shows performed, and countless magic events on my resume, I have the experience necessary to make 
any kids birthday party or event a truly special day.
I am a past local president (2006) of the Society of American Magicians and the International Brotherhood of Magicians. I have also served as the Vice President (2005) Secretary (2010) and am currently serving as Vice President for 2011.
I owned and operated The Magic Shop in Colorado Mills Mall up until 2007 when it made more sense to devote 100% of my time to performing.
I have been involved in children’s and kids entertainment since the age of ten when I was cast as a founding player in the Colorado Children’s Theater Ensemble. During high school I started a successful kids/children’s theater group performing over 250 day care center shows a year. My professional career started when I performed my first paying show at age sixteen.
On a personal level, I have been married for over 20 years to my high school sweetheart and we have two boys, 9 and 14. My oldest was recently diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and we are learning to live with a life long disease. He loves video games and science. My youngest is a sport fanatic, most recently playing lacrosse, which is a pretty cool game I must admit. My wife is very private.

1. Full Length Kids Magic Show at your home or for your event is my most popular. Over 45 minutes of premium stunning childrens magic. Colorful scarfs appear from nowhere, a pretend wolf runs and can’t be found, an impossible game with giant crayons and the grand finale, where the birthday child can be sawed in half with the “Saw of Danger” or a real rabbit appears. All this and much more! The birthday child is always the star of the show and helps the magician Chad Wonder with most of the tricks. Plenty of great “Kodak moments” Music, big magic props, huge stage backdrop and more. I keep the kids involved!
2. Condensed Half Hour Kids Magic Show in your home: Almost 30 minutes of great magic at an slightly lower price. Good if your on a time budget. Substantially similar to the Full Length Show but featuring about 75% of the magic. Of course the birthday child is always the the star of the show and helps the magician with many of the magic tricks.

3. Magic Show, clown and carnival Have the ultimate party. Ideal for those turning 4, 5, 6 and maybe 7. Gizmo the Clown entertains the kids with balloons while you, an older sibling or family member runs a fun an exciting carnival. We bring everything from the 4 sports themed carnival props to prizes and tickets. You can also enjoy the Carnival without the clown.

2. Walk around. If you need someone entertaining the guests, table hopping or at cocktails I offer a unique mix of comedy and amazement. My close up stylings are geared towards maximum entertainment and a minimal amount of time, allowing me to perform all the guests as much as possible. Rates start at $150.00.
3. Illusion Show built custom for your event, and timed from 15 to 90 minutes. Includes spectacular illusions, my assistant Jesse,
and tons of stunning and interactive magic like you would see in my full lenght show. This is perfect for the larger party with a stage. Rates start at $800.00 per event.

2. Condensed Half Hour Family Magic Show is about 30 minutes of great magic at an affordable price. Designed not as much for budget sake since it’s only 20% less than a full length show, it perfect if you’re short on time. Substantially similar to the Full Length Show but featuring about 70% of what you would see in the full length show. Of course the birthday child is always the the star of the show and helps the magician with many of the magic tricks.
3. Magic Show, clown and carnival Have the ultimate party. Ideal for those turning 4, 5, 6 or 7. Gizmo the Clown entertains the kids with balloons while you, an older sibling or family member runs a fun an exciting carnival. Gizmo the birthday Clown
Gizmo the birthday clown is available for many events but is best for kids magic birthdays. The 14 year old son of magician Chad Wonder, Gizmo has spent years watching and helping Chad work with children. Gizmo is simply amazing with the children and unbelievably wise beyond his years. He is red cross trained in babysitting, CPR and first aid. He has been clowning since 2009.
Here are some tips we would like to share with you when considering a clown for your party:
- Why you’re afraid of clowns… Makeup, plain and simple. A circus clown is smeared in makeup and it looks like a mask, masks are scary. Circus clowns entertain at a distance,and it’s great for them, it’s when you see them close up it’s disturbing for some people.
- Gizmo has a child-friendly (adults for that matter) look and won’t scare the kids. A children’s entertainer at your party works more closely with the children.
- Make sure your clown “breaks the ice.” A good clown will give the kids a chance to warm up to him or her and not approach any kids directly until it is clear that the child is relaxed. Gizmo breaks the ice quickly by making a balloon birthday hat for the birthday boy or girl.
- Try to create a space where Gizmo (and the magician) can work free of distractrions, such as helium balloons, toys, and especially adult conversation. It’s challenging to any entertainer to keep the kids attention in ther middle of a grown-up conversation.
- Gizmo will tie balloon animals for the kids while you serve cake or sing happy birthday. Gizmo will even serve cake or help out with any special requests.
- It very important you supervise children with balloons. STOP kids (and pets) from putting inflated or deflated balloons in their mouths, even if that child is not yours. Pick up popped ballons (and there will be plenty of them).
Gizmo can be hired without the magician for $150.00 for 2 hour minimum. Please call for details or to book a time.
